I’m back from spending the weekend at OryCon. It was a pretty fun time. I attended a bunch of panels, ate a whole lot of Brie, and spread the Bizarro gospel to the masses.
There are a few other updates that everyone should be aware of:
– The Bizarro Book Giveaway is over. Thank you to everyone that took the time to download the books. Remember, all the authors are independent artists and don’t have the advantages of a marketing time or thousands in ad money. They depend upon readers to aid them in their careers. If you liked the books, please take the time to review them.
– There is a new Bizarro Central! Go check it out and register for the forums!
– It’s the holiday shopping season again! Super-blog, Boing Boing, has been posting their annual holiday gift guide. They just assembled their list of recommended fiction and where nice enough to include Shatnerquake! Click here and see all their recommend novels that make great gifts.
– Finally, Tim Dedopulos has written up a great essay on his impressions of Bizarro.
